How much is Online Horse Showing postage?

U.K. postage is free and will be shipped using 2nd Class Royal Mail or a similar service. You are more than welcome to upgrade to tracked or another service if you wish. You will be invoiced for the exact cost once the items have been weighed and measured.

International competitors will be invoiced for their shipping costs. This will vary depending on the weight and size of the parcel. You can find an estimate here. International parcels are shipped using International Standard. However, you are welcome to upgrade to tracked or downgrade to Economy.

International Standard only compensates up to £20 in value should the parcel go missing. For those who win a large number of rosettes, we recommend that you upgrade to tracked which offers up to £50. You will also be sent the tracking number to monitor the parcels on their journey.

Should the parcel go missing without full cover we will not be able to reimburse you for more than the cover's value.

How much does Online Horse Showing cost per class?

Our standard entry charge is £3.50.

Rosettes are awarded 1st - 10th in ALL classes, with the chance at bonus specials being offered in the larger classes.

In addition to rosettes, first-place winners will receive a prize/voucher/discount or free entry kindly gifted by our sponsors. Please note there may be additional postage charges for this.

Rosettes are awarded 1st - 10th in all paid-for classes. Please note rosettes are NOT guaranteed when you enter.

How to become a Horse Show Champion?

Each competitor that placed 1st OR 2nd will be put forward for their Ring Championship. For Ring Championships, all previous placings will no longer be relevant. Each Ring Championship will be judged as a brand new class that has no criteria.

The judge will pick their Champion and Reserve Champion for each Ring based on their personal choice. Each Champion and Reserve Champion will then be put forward for Supreme and Reserve Supreme Champion of the show where a different judge will be used.

All of the Champions and Reserves will automatically be put forward for the End of Year Ring Champion. These will be announced at the end of each year.

Free entries for Online Horse Showing

We do hold a single class that is FREE with two or more paid entries (£3.50 classes excluding charity classes). For every two entries you purchase in a month, you may enter the free class for free. Example: 2 paid-for entries is 1 free entry, 4 paid-for entries is 2 free entries, etc.

Our Second Chance classs also FREE if you did not place with 2 paid-for entries in the previous month as well. Please view the Second Chance class for more information.

Please note that Charity classes and Everyone's a Winner DO NOT count towards the monthly free class.

How does Online Horse Show judging work?

We use a selection of our "in-house" judges and a variety of sponsors for our class judging. All judges used are knowledgeable within the equine industry or professionals in their "trade".

You can meet our in-house team here.

Our judging panel will be given strict criteria to stick to when judging, this can be found on the entry form when you are entering. Please ensure you stick to these criteria for your best chance at placing.

Please note the judge's decision is final.

Can I enter watermarked photos into Online Horse Shows?

Watermarked images will only be accepted if you have purchased the full image, and the photographer has left their logo on for advertising purposes only.

Images that have a watermark directly across the subject will not be accepted WITHOUT a screenshot of the photographer's permission.

Example: The image with the watermark OVER the subject will be rejected, though the advertising watermark as shown in the second photo will be accepted. Please ensure you still have permission to submit the purchased photo.

Online Pet Showing

Did you know we also run an Online Pet Show? Should you enter both shows, your parcels will be combined. This will save on postage for international entrants.
